Hosted at both Clark County Fairgrounds and previously at Black Pearl on the Columbia, Ridgefield Boosters’ Senior Grad Night is an all-night, substance-free celebration designed to give graduating seniors a high-energy, memory-filled sendoff. From 10:00 AM setup through 8:00 AM the next morning, Treadway Events managed the full event lifecycle—ensuring safety, excitement, and seamless operations.
Keep hundreds of teens engaged from dusk ‘til dawn with an experience that felt nonstop, safe, and unforgettable—while balancing logistics, vendor management, and parent committee coordination.
The key to a successful grad night is constant variety and energy flow. With teens cycling between high-energy and chill moments, the environment needed to offer movement, choice, and surprises around every corner.
