Treadway Events transformed downtown St. Helens into a winter wonderland for “Holiday In The Plaza”—a free community event that featured a professionally installed Christmas light display, a custom-decorated tree lighting ceremony, and festive programming. From staging and site planning to Christmas décor and lighting design, our team brought the holiday spirit to life with immersive visual storytelling and hands-on production.

Treadway managed full event planning and production including site layout, vendor coordination, staging, signage, and run-of-show. We transformed the downtown plaza with festive lighting, décor, and a designated Santa photo experience inside City Hall. Our team oversaw stage management for the tree lighting ceremony, coordinated with riverfront partners to ensure smooth Christmas Ships Parade viewing, and supported city partners with permitting and communication. Complimentary hot chocolate and s’mores stations rounded out the warm, family-friendly vibe.
