PROJECT SYNOPSIS:
Landmark Properties & Sierra contracted Treadway Events to produce an unveiling celebration for a new student housing development for students at Oregon State University and surrounding colleges in Corvallis, OR. With the primary demographic being current college students, we faced a challenge to create a fun atmosphere with an open bar. We hosted food but with a luxury feel, complimenting the Sierra brand. We completely transformed the Angry Beaver, a sports bar, into a pop-up nightclub-style party complete with branded napkins, cocktail glasses, and lighting. We contracted top-notch DJs, body marbling, and more to make it a success.
