Brandon Treadway is the visionary founder of Treadway Events & Entertainment, known for creating immersive, story-driven experiences that captivate audiences across the Pacific Northwest. His career began with a deep passion for Halloween and haunted houses—a fascination that inspired him to design his first attractions and explore the creative, operational, and emotional power of live events.

What started as a love for scares and themed environments quickly evolved into a full-fledged career. Brandon honed his skills in budgeting, volunteer coordination, scenic design, and experiential storytelling, eventually expanding into corporate events, festivals, and large-scale public attractions.

Since launching Treadway Events in 2015, Brandon has built a reputation for transforming bold concepts into unforgettable moments. His expertise spans creative direction, production management, sponsorship strategy, and end-to-end event execution. Whether producing a Fortune 500 gala or a multi-week haunted attraction, Brandon brings innovation, detail, and a commitment to elevating every guest experience.

Brittany Hummel

Event Operations Coordinator
As Event Operations Coordinator, Brittany is the organizational engine behind many of Treadway Events’ most successful productions. She manages permitting, vendor relations, ticketing systems, timelines, administrative compliance, and client communication with exceptional detail and professionalism. Brittany also supports business development and sponsorship coordination, ensuring partners, stakeholders, and clients receive seamless service from planning through post-event reporting. Her ability to juggle complex logistics while maintaining clarity and structure makes her a vital part of the team and the guest experience.

Charles Grant

Project Manager
Charles is the steady, positive force behind many of Treadway’s smoothest productions. With a talent for on-the-fly problem solving and a calm, collected approach, he manages logistics, staffing, and day-of operations with ease. Charles has been with Treadway since the start, bringing dependable leadership, strong production instincts, and a supportive team-first attitude to every project he touches.

Fabricator & Jack of All Trades
Mike brings ideas to life. As the company’s go-to fabricator and hands-on problem solver, he builds, repairs, and innovates the physical elements that power Treadway’s immersive experiences. His skill set spans carpentry, scenic fabrication, electrical troubleshooting, and custom builds—making him indispensable across site builds, haunted attractions, festivals, and specialty installations. Whether crafting unique set pieces or ensuring infrastructure is safe and reliable, Mike’s craftsmanship elevates the quality and visual impact of every event.

Ronald Morris

Market Coordinator – Ridgefield, WA
Ronald supports Treadway Events’ Ridgefield-area operations with on-the-ground coordination, vendor assistance, and day-of event support. With a strong ability to adapt and manage fast-moving environments, he helps ensure smooth operations for seasonal attractions and community events. His daily responsibilities include greeting guests with uncontainable enthusiasm, providing emotional support during stressful production weeks, and offering expert-level nap demonstrations.
