Columbia Distributing contracted Treadway Events to produce an awards ceremony for their employees, upper-level management, and spouses. With the primary demographic being adults 30-55, Treadway Events worked with a variety of local vendors to transform their conference room into a marvelous, themed event featuring a Las Vegas theme, plated dinner service, over-the-top decor, and top-notch lighting.
This Las Vegas-themed corporate awards celebration combined the glitz of the Strip with refined production design to create a night of elegant spectacle. Complete with casino-style activations, VIP zones, custom lighting and drapery, and oversized branded casino chip props, the event honored top performers in style—fully transforming a traditional conference room into a red-carpet-ready Vegas experience.
To pull off “Vegas” the right way, we had to lead with elegant spectacle—using clean lines, layered lighting, and immersive detail to strike the right balance between luxury and fun. The goal: make it feel like a night out in Vegas without ever leaving the office campus.
Treadway delivered full creative and production support, including custom scenic elements, mood lighting, and floor-to-ceiling drapery to completely mask the original venue. We installed giant branded casino chips, rolled out the red carpet for award recipients, and brought in branded gaming tables for added interactivity. VIP lounge areas and themed cocktails completed the experience, giving guests a taste of the Vegas lifestyle in a more sophisticated setting.
The event was a massive internal success, with strong participation, enthusiastic feedback, and high engagement from attendees. It inspired future themed gatherings and further cemented Treadway’s reputation as the go-to partner for creating bold, immersive, and elevated corporate experiences.
