The Harvest Festival at Suncadia Resort is a high-energy, rustic fall celebration featuring pumpkin patches, a hay maze, tuff truck exhibitions, 50+ local vendors, and family-friendly activities for both resort guests and the surrounding community. Set in the scenic mountain foothills, the event embraced the authentic spirit of fall with pumpkins, hay bales, cider, and outdoor fun for all ages.
Create a large-scale fall festival that felt accessible, community-driven, and logistically sound—while managing operations across multiple zones and audience types, from families to resort guests.
This event wasn’t about polish—it was about authenticity and interaction. The more we leaned into the tactile, boots-on-the-ground energy of the season, the more the event would resonate with both locals and visitors.
Treadway led all pre-event planning, vendor coordination, site design, signage installation, buildout, and daily operations. We styled the site with rustic harvest décor, pumpkin carts, hay bale seating, outdoor fire pits, and installed family games and attractions throughout the resort grounds. The layout was built to support high foot traffic, multiple activation zones, and seamless transitions between vendor booths and activity areas.
The event attracted hundreds of attendees and continues to strengthen ties between the resort and local community.
