The Vancouver Arts & Music Festival brought four days of free cultural programming to the heart of downtown Vancouver, WA, featuring 110+ visual artists, 40+ performances, interactive activities, and a juried art exhibit—all anchored in Esther Short Park. The event welcomed attendees of all ages to celebrate Southwest Washington’s creative community through art, music, dance, and food.
The City of Vancouver sought to grow the festival into a signature summer event while maintaining a high-quality guest experience across multiple downtown blocks. The production required coordination between public entities, artists, vendors, and headliner performances—all on a fast-moving timeline.
This festival wasn’t just about entertainment—it was about civic pride, community connection, and supporting the creative economy. A polished, welcoming presentation was key to encouraging local engagement and regional visitation.
