This Western-themed corporate celebration transformed a standard conference space into a frontier-inspired experience—complete with a live country band, saloon-style bars, a real horse and baby goats, and themed decor. Designed to honor top-performing employees, the event delivered an immersive evening that was both high-energy and visually refined.

Treadway provided full creative direction and production, designing a space rich with custom scenic details. The venue featured Western backdrops, “Wanted” posters of the executive team, warm lighting, wood farmhouse tables, and refined centerpieces that balanced rustic charm with visual elegance. We incorporated marquee signage, custom bar graphics, and coordinated interactive elements including a photo booth, real horse, and baby goats. Themed cocktails and a live country band completed the immersive but elevated guest experience.
