Give them an idea of the party you want to throw, and they provide the red carpet, lighting, stage, etc… They also set-up, and tear-down, as well as remain for the entirety of the event, just in case. As small business owners, we are busy enough planning and working the event ourselves, that we simply don’t have the extra time to set-up, nor the energy to teardown late in the evening, as well as manage the equipment. “The Treadway team did an amazing job in the planning and decoration of our formal 4-course dinner. They started by sending several photos of potential concepts to give us a starting point in crafting our initial vision. Romantic. Simple. Classic. Brandon met with us several times over the course of a month (a very short timeline) in locations convenient for us. We met at our venue where he took measurements and photos to pull together several draft diagrams (to scale) of how the space could potentially come together. He helped walk us through all of the details of planning an event of this size and style, including creating a few helpful documents for us to use on event day like; supply lists and day-of To-Dos. The table settings and centerpieces he customized for us were upscale and classy without being too “over the top”. The recommendations around lighting were spot on. Outdoor deck up lights and indoor string lighting created the perfect ambiance for the energy we were hoping to manifest. They arrived on-time and completed both the set-up and break-down in the time-frame estimated. Overall fabulous and professional job. Will definitely contract again!”
