Yes, we tailor our services to fit your budget and the organization’s mission.

Our ideal timeline is 9-12 months in advance but we can work with you even a month before your desired event date.

Every event is unique. We base our service fees on your overall event budget and size. Most of our clients spend $7000-$15,000 per event.

While we tend to offer full event planning service, we can absolutely help with a specific part such as securing your venue, hiring catering, and much more.

Yes, we plan and execute all types of events (including weddings on a case by case basis).

If you’re emailing us during office hours, you can expect a same-day response unless we are onsite at an event. If we can’t get back to you right away, don’t worry! We’re probably at one of our favorite wineries, a concert or staying in shape at the gym. In any case, we’ll be back in touch within 12-24 hours
